ViljandiFolker - Unofficial Viljandi Folk Schedule Extension
ViljandiFolker is an unofficial schedule extension for the Viljandi Folk festival. This Chrome extension allows users to easily create calendar events from the festival's schedule. With support for Google Calendar, iCal format (ICS), Office 365, Outlook, and Yahoo! Calendar, ViljandiFolker simplifies the process of adding festival events to your personal calendar.
Created by bloomlive, ViljandiFolker was born out of the developer's desire to streamline the process of filling in the festival schedule in their own calendar each year. The extension adds a select field to choose the calendar type, with ICS as the default option. Additionally, a small "+" anchor link is added to every concert in the schedule, enabling users to add specific concerts to their calendar.
ViljandiFolker fills in all the necessary details for the event, but users have the flexibility to edit the event in their calendar if needed. The extension supports both the Estonian and English versions of the schedule, based on the user's preference on the festival's website.
